August CPI Inflation was just 1.4% . Rates should be 3%, not 5%. By not reducing rates a year ago the Fed has shut down bank lending and damaged small businesses.

This may be elementary to your standards, but I appreciate you pointing out the ADP reports as measure for true employment. I haven't directly seen these reports but can imagine them to share a wealth of information into the job market (including wages, employment *and* underemployment). I have long been weary of reports that come out of any major institution (governments and public companies) directly as they have a vested interest in reporting the best possible view no matter the real circumstances. Having access to the real data, we can digest and make conclusions on our own.
